Delivery

Management
vLOGIX's highly experienced Senior Project and Program Managers have the capability to adapt to our partners and clients preferred project delivery method, from business case definition to final handover, through a collaborative approach to ensure the final business goals are met. We also have the capability to provide Test Management, this is a key asset to our skillset as projects near the end of their implementation phase and transition into an Operational environment.

Engineering
vLOGIX has a wealth of experience in the Airport environment, with a diverse engineering team ranging from Enterprise and Technical Architects through to Business Analysts and Software Design Engineers. Our experienced team are in the privileged position of being engaged on some of the major Airport expansion programs currently being carried out in the UK. We have experience in Works Requirements Definition, Solution Design using Enterprise Architecture tools, creating Functional & Detailed Design specifications and Database Schema’s using an established toolset.
