United Technologists Europe Limited (UTEL) is a founder owned UK limited company, incorporated in 1993 by two R&D engineers Frank Kaufhold and Paul Grafton. With straightforward, yet idealistic ambitions Frank and Paul started to build a commercially successful R&D company, which was profitable without compromising ethical and environmental values. It is an ongoing ambition to create flexible working environments in which the best minds can maximise their innovative productivity and share in the economic success of this venture. Due to this unswerving commitment Frank and Paul have made to their company, today UTEL employ over 60 highly trained people worldwide, covering a wide range of technical skills and ethnicities. The continuing expansion of our labs in the UK, the establishment of a dedicated company 'UTEL France Ltd' to service the French market and a joint venture recently formed in China mean that the enthusiastic and ambitious ideals set out over 20 years ago are still as relevant to the company today. |
